Credit Card Fraud Detection using ML

• Developed a fraud detection model for credit card transactions by utilising a dataset containing 285K transaction records
• Reduced the amount of money lost to fraudulent transactions by 80%, by choosing the right set of parameters for the model based on historical data

Lumessa Sales and Profitability Analysis (2020-23)

• Analysed sales and profit data of a beauty products brands, between 2020 and 2023, consisting of 50K records
• Recommended change in discounting strategy to increase average order value in Africa, higher discount for corporate segment and increasing prices across few categories to boost profit margin
• Designed a dashboard using Tableau to visualise trends in sales, profit, and profit margin across categories, subcategories, markets and segments
